Privacy Policy

1. What Data We Collect

Google Account Info

Your name, email address, and profile photo — used only to display your profile and sync your data.

App Data

Your habits, tasks, and settings — stored exclusively in your own Google Drive folder.

Payment Info

Processed by Paddle. We only receive a confirmation that your payment was successful — never your card details.

Usage Logs

Basic server logs (IP address, timestamp) for security purposes only. Not used for tracking.

2. How We Use Your Data

To authenticate you via Google Sign-In
To sync your habit and task data to your personal Google Drive
To verify your license status after payment
To provide customer support if you contact us

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or selling to third parties.

3. Google Drive Access

MindTrack requests access to create and manage a single folder (MindTrack) in your Google Drive. We do not access any other files or folders in your Drive. You can revoke this access at any time from your Google Account permissions page.

4. Data Storage

Your habit and task data is stored only in your personal Google Drive account. We do not keep copies of this data on our servers. If you delete your Google Drive data or revoke access, your data is gone — we cannot recover it.

5. Third-Party Services

Google Sign-In — for authentication. Subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
Paddle — for payment processing. Subject to Paddle's Privacy Policy.

6. Cookies

MindTrack uses localStorage (not cookies) to store your app preferences (theme, language, settings) on your device. No tracking cookies are used.

7. Children's Privacy

MindTrack is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

Access — view your data (it's in your Google Drive)
Delete — remove the MindTrack folder from your Drive at any time
Revoke access — disconnect MindTrack from your Google account anytime
Contact us — for any privacy concerns

9. Data Security

All communication with MindTrack is encrypted via HTTPS. We apply security headers (HSTS, CSP, X-Frame-Options) to protect your session. Payment data is handled entirely by Paddle's PCI-compliant infrastructure.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top. Continued use of MindTrack after changes constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
