    These Terms of Service are between you and MindTrack ("MindTrack", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of mindtrack.click. By using our service, you agree to these terms.
  

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MindTrack at mindtrack.click, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

MindTrack is a web-based habit tracker and daily task planner. Key features include:

Daily habit tracking with monthly analytics
Weekly task planning and progress charts
Google Drive sync — your data is stored in your own Google Drive
20+ language support, 10 visual themes

3. Accounts and Google Sign-In

MindTrack uses Google Sign-In for authentication. We do not store your Google password. We only access the MindTrack folder we create in your personal Google Drive. Your data is private and stored exclusively in your own Drive account.

4. Payments and Licensing

MindTrack offers a one-time lifetime license for $15 USD. Payments are processed securely by Paddle. Upon successful payment:

You receive lifetime access to all current and future features
No recurring charges or subscriptions
License is tied to your Google account email

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or resell MindTrack
Use the service for any illegal or harmful purpose
Share, transfer, or sell your license to another person
Attempt to bypass the payment or licensing system

6. Data and Privacy

Your habit and task data is stored in your personal Google Drive. We do not store your personal data on our servers. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

7. Service Availability

MindTrack is provided "as is." We make reasonable efforts to keep the service available but do not guarantee 100% uptime. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code of MindTrack are the property of MindTrack and protected by copyright. Your personal data belongs to you.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MindTrack shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of MindTrack after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. We will update the "Last updated" date above.
