Eligibility
You are eligible for a full refund if:
- Your purchase was made within the last 30 days
- You contact us with your order/transaction ID
- The purchase was made through our official checkout (powered by Paddle)
How to Request a Refund
- Email us at support@mindtrack.click with the subject line: "Refund Request"
- Include your purchase email address and transaction ID (found in your Paddle receipt email)
- We will process your refund within 3–5 business days
- The refund will be returned to your original payment method
ℹ️ After a refund is processed, your lifetime license will be deactivated and access to premium features will be removed.
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds are not available if:
- More than 30 days have passed since purchase
- The request is for a previously refunded transaction
- The account was found to be abusing the refund policy
